After transforming Windows 7 to Windows 8, now it's turn to transform your Windows 7 to Mac OS X Mountain Lion or Maverick.
Restore point
Before you start anything, create a restore point, in case you are not familiar with what you are doing and mess up anything, you will need to restore your system.
To make everything simple and safe, put every customization files into a new create folder. Don't move your files to anywhere after your customization.
Theme / Visual style
In order to install third party theme, you will need to install UxStyle. Just download the Windows 7 version and install the tool (Run as administrator). Note that it doesn't have any UI. It'll run as a service in background and will allow you to use 3rd party themes.
Next, download the Mac OS X Lion theme that available at here or here. If you have any problem with applying a theme, please visit and follow the instructions (Step 1 to 4) on this page.
Now, right click on your desktop, select Personalize. The theme should on the list right now, select it to apply.
Boot screen
Be careful what you are doing. I'm not responsible for any damage of your system. Don't try it if you are not an experienced user and if you have no installation disc to repair your system when something goes wrong.
Download boot screen file from here. Follow the similar instructions at here, but in this case, select the bs7 file that you have just downloaded to apply.
Login screen

If you want to play something safe, you can simply use Logon Screen Tweaker (Run as administrator) to change your Windows 7 default login background to this linen background or any background you like.
Start button
Download Start Orb Changer and run it as administrator. Replace your default start button with this or something different like this, or even Windows logo with OS X style.
Navigation button
You will need a Navigation Button Customizer and the bitmaps. Remember to run the tool as administrator.
System properties logo
Download and run System Properties Logo Changer as administrator to replace your default Windows 7 logo with logo below.
Mouse cursor
Download Mac cursor at here, unzip it and right click on Install Lion to install. Then head to Control Panel, select Mouse, select Pointers tab and select the cursors to apply.
Screen saver
Download and install Fliqlo that mimic flip clock. Right click on desktop, select Personalize, and select Screen Saver on right bottom corner, choose the correct screen saver and apply.

Just found out that Mac introduce Finder Tabs in Maverick OS X to help users to declutter desktop by consolidating multiple Finder windows into one.
But Windows has QTTabBar for years. I have been using it for a long time too and I love it! You may find mac skin/theme to suit your need in DeviantArt or just Google it.
