Google Keep Web App - New Update

If you're making a list (and checking it twice!) this holiday season, it's even easier today with some new updates to Google Keep on the web. So no matter where you are – whether at home in the North Pole or riding on your sleigh – your list of perfect gifts is always at your fingertips in Google Keep.
  • Sleek new design: many of your favorite things from the Android app are now on the web – full color notes, text that scales to fit the note, and a custom font just for Keep
  • Rearrange items in lists: keep everything in order, all the time
  • Improved search: finding the note you’re looking for is easier than ever
  • Navigation drawer: quickly switch between your active and archived notes, or get a custom view of all of your notes with reminders
Try out Google Keep today on the web at keep.google.com, on the Chrome App store (http://goo.gl/ImyX5r), or get it on Google Play (http://goo.gl/pjw0IJ).

Now get out there and update those lists – naughty and nice!

Free Cloud Storage

Just a few short years ago, cloud storage services that synced files and folders across multiple PCs and mobile devices were just a dream. But thanks to the rapid rise of entities like Dropbox, SugarSync, and Google Drive, cloud storage and syncing services are nearly ubiquitous today, acting as hard drives in the sky that help you do all kinds of things. With some patience, you can build your own supercloud with more than 200GB of free storage. With a lot of patience (and pestering of your pals), you can nab more than 400GB. And all that online storage is free-as-in-free-beer free.

VirusTotal

VirusTotal is a web-based system that scans any uploaded file with more than 40 different antivirus products. You can use VirusTotal to check your own computer.  The simplest way is just to head to www.virustotal.com in your web browser and upload any file you're concerned about.  However, there's also an official downloadable Windows utility that can do this for you automatically, and which has some extra capabilities that aren't available via the web site.
