Assistive touch comes from iOS, but Floating Touch is specially designed for Android. You can customize most of the options for Android where as on iOS you get what you get and you can't do anything about it.

This unique app isn't another message and notification program, instead it is a floating system tool that is somewhat reminiscent of Acer’s Ring. Clicking on it reveals a ‘wheel’ of sorts that offers quick system settings, memory cleaning, a button to lock the screen, and a home button.
